Sign out

Signing out ends your Storlaunch session in this browser. The next time you open the dashboard, you'll need to sign in again.

Sign out of the dashboard

Click your avatar in the top-right of the dashboard, then click Logout.

What happens:

1. Storlaunch's backend clears the storlaunch_session cookie.
2. The dashboard sends you to storlaunch.forjio.com/login.

The cookie is cleared even if the sign-out request fails, so you're signed out on this device either way.

Your other browsers, other devices, and other Forjio products aren't affected. Each product has its own session cookie.

Sign out your other sessions in Huudis

Because every Forjio product uses the same Huudis instance, having an active Huudis session means you can walk into any of them without re-entering your password. Storlaunch doesn't have a sign-out-everywhere button. You do that in Huudis instead: open the Sessions page at huudis.com/dashboard/sessions and click Sign out others. That ends every other Huudis session and keeps you signed in on the device you're using.

Do this if you've lost a device or think someone else has access to your account.

What about API keys?

API keys are separate from your browser session. Signing out doesn't affect them, and revoking an API key doesn't sign you out. See API authentication.

If you think a key has leaked, revoke it in the dashboard. Signing out won't stop it working.

Buyer sign-out (storefronts)

Buyers who signed in to a storefront with OTP have their own buyer session, separate from the merchant session. To end it, open the account menu in the storefront header and choose Sign out.

If you're both a buyer and a merchant, signing out of one session leaves the other signed in.

Admin sign-out

The Storlaunch staff admin portal uses its own cookie, storlaunch_admin_session. Signing out of the admin portal doesn't sign you out of the merchant dashboard, and signing out of the dashboard doesn't sign you out of the admin portal.

How long sessions last

Dashboard sessions last 30 days of inactivity, so there's no "remember me" checkbox. After 30 days without activity, you'll go through sign-in again on your next visit. No data is lost — you just sign in again.

Common errors

Still signed in after clicking Logout

Another open tab may have made a request while you were signing out. Close your other Storlaunch tabs and click Logout again.

Signed out unexpectedly

The usual cause is 30 days of inactivity. Just sign in again.
