Creating a Storlaunch account goes through Huudis — Forjio's shared identity provider. You end up with a Huudis identity that works across every Forjio product, plus a Storlaunch workspace to run your store from.

If you've already signed up for a Forjio product (Plugipay, Fulkruma, LinkSnap, Pawpado, Catentio, or Storlaunch itself), you don't need to sign up again — go to Sign in and use your existing account.

The flow

Storlaunch sign-up page — storlaunch.forjio.com/signup.
Enter your details — name, email, and password (or click Google/Apple).
Verify your email — Huudis sends a verification link.
Land in your workspace — Storlaunch sets up your workspace and drops you in the dashboard.

Step-by-step

The sign-up page lives at storlaunch.forjio.com/signup and is titled Create your account. You can choose:

Email and password — the standard flow.
Continue with Google — shown only if the Huudis instance has Google configured.
Continue with Apple — same condition as Google.

The page checks which social providers Huudis has configured before it renders, so you only see buttons that actually work.

2. Enter your details

The form asks for:

Name — shown in the dashboard header and account menu.
Email — this becomes your login. Use one you'll keep access to long-term.
Password — minimum 10 characters. Huudis enforces this; Storlaunch doesn't add extra rules.

Use a password manager. Generate a long random password and let the manager store it. Storlaunch never sees your password — Huudis stores it.

3. Verify your email

If you signed up with email, Huudis sends a verification email from no-reply@huudis.com. Click the link inside.

You can't sign in until your email is verified. If the email didn't arrive, check spam, then use Resend verification on the sign-in screen.

4. Land in your workspace

When you first sign in, Storlaunch copies your Huudis workspaces into Storlaunch workspaces and makes the first one your active workspace. If you don't have a Huudis workspace yet, Storlaunch creates one for you:

It's named after you.
Its slug comes from the part of your email before the @ (e.g., alice@example.com becomes alice). If that slug is taken, Storlaunch adds a number (alice-1).
It starts on the Free plan.
You're its owner.

You land in the dashboard at /dashboard.

If the Google or Apple buttons are showing:

Click Continue with Google (or Continue with Apple).
Sign in on the provider's screen.
You're sent back to Storlaunch, and your workspace is set up the same way as with email sign-up.

If the buttons aren't showing, the provider isn't configured on this Huudis instance — use email instead.

Multiple workspaces

One Huudis identity can own, or be a member of, multiple Storlaunch workspaces. Each workspace is a separate tenant: storefronts, products, orders, API keys, and team members belong to one workspace at a time.

To change workspaces, use the workspace switcher in the top-left of the dashboard.

This page is for merchants, the people running storefronts. Buyers don't create a Storlaunch account or password. Storefronts offer an optional OTP sign-in, and carts and orders also work fully anonymously. See Sign in → Buyer sign-in.

Common errors

"Email already in use"

Someone has already signed up with this email — possibly you, on another Forjio product. Try Sign in. If you don't remember the password, use Forgot password.

"Password too short"

The minimum is 10 characters. A long passphrase is fine.

Verification email didn't arrive

Check spam for mail from no-reply@huudis.com. If it's not there, click Resend verification on the sign-in screen.

The provider probably isn't configured on this Huudis instance, and an old browser tab is still showing the button. Refresh the page. If the button disappears, sign up with email instead.

What Storlaunch stores

Your Huudis user ID, which is how Storlaunch identifies you.
The workspaces you belong to, and your role in each one.

Storlaunch does not store your password — Huudis does.
